Day One
Morning = Arrival and Check-In
1pm - 6 pm = Physical Assessment
Day Two
8:00 am - 9:30 am = Strength Training - Rehabilitation
10:00 am - 11:30 am = Forward Speed Training
12:00 pm - 2:00 pm = Lunch and Recovery
2:30 pm - 4:30 pm = Strength and Plyometric Training, Upper/Lower Body
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm = Rehabilitation and Stretching
Day Three
8:00 am - 9:30 am = Strength Training - Rehabilitation
10:00 am - 11:30 am = Lateral Speed Training
12:00 pm - 2:00 pm = Lunch and Recovery
2:30 pm - 4:30 pm = Strength and Plyometric Training, Upper/Lower Body
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm = Rehabilitation and Stretching
