 | President/General Counsel Paul is an attorney licensed in Colorado and California, and in numerous federal jurisdictions. A former center and longsnapper for Springfield College, Paul went on to receive an M.B.A. degree in finance and a Juris Doctorate degree before embarking on a career as a sports attorney. Paul handles all contract negotiations and legal matters on behalf of ProStar clients, and is responsible for all day to day operations of the agency. Paul has negotiated hundreds of pro football playing contracts and has negotiated contracts with every team in the National Football League and in the Canadian Football League. He is a published author, has written on the business of professional sports in several print and online publications, and he is a frequent guest at universities and in the media. Paul also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business as part of the school's Sports Management program.

 | Senior Vice President Warren has been a driving force in the growth of ProStar. He is involved with contract preparations, team contact, marketing and literally all aspects of day to day operations regarding ProStar and its clients. Being with ProStar since its inception in 1988, he has been a force in developing relationships within the NFL, AFL, CFL and many companies and organizations. A former college saftey at Springfield College he runs ProStar's Philadelphia office. He has been instrumental in obtaining supplemental income opportunities with companies including Nike, Reebok, Underarmour, Oakley, Adidas, 1Exel, TriStar Productions to name a few.

 | Vice President Jon joined ProStar on the management side, after being a client of our agency since 1995. He is a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Business Management, and he received a Masters Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, while competing in football and track & field. During his NFL playing career, Jon kicked for the Dallas Cowboys and Kansas City Chiefs. Between active roster spots with the Cowboys and Chiefs, he was in training camps with the San Francisco 49ers and Miami Dolphins, played with the Scottish Claymores of NFL Europe, and with the CFL's B.C. Lions and Edmonton Eskimos. During his time with the 49ers, Jon spent time trying to qualify for the 1996 Olympic Trials as a long jumper.

Howard is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland. He began his career in the sports industry in 1987 working in the salary research department of the NFL Players Association. In that role, Howard assisted agents in both rookie and veteran contract negotiations. Having been a Certified Contract Advisor for well over a decade, Howard has established relationships and negotiated contracts with every NFL team. Howard received his B.S.M. degree from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business in 1986 and his J.D. from the American University's Washington College of Law in 1989, where he also serves as an adjunct professor of sport law.
