    Signed with the New Orleans Saints following 2004 AFL season. With the Saints employing primarily a 1-back set, the FB reps were few and far between during camp.

    2003 SEASON
  • Started in 12 games,led team in rushing with 117 yards on 32 carries (3.7 average) with 8 rushing TD's
  • Added 5 catches for 54 yards
  • On defense, Curran added 15.5 tackles and 2 QB Sacks, 1 FR, 1 FF which will help his ability to perform on special teams in the NFL
  • In wildcard playoff win (5/24), he added a pair of tackles, but team had no rushing attempts.

  • 2002 SEASON
  • Finished the season having a career year on offensive and defensive ranking 2nd on the team in rushing with 82 yards on 17 carries and 4 TD while adding 7.5 tackles.
  • "Built Ford Tough Award" nominee for his performance at Carolina (6/14). Against the Cobras rushed for a season-high 24 yards on three carries while registering one reception for 9 yards.
  • UNIVERSITY OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

    Gained 1,805 yards as a tailback in his career at New Hampshire, where he played from 1995- 99.

    Averaged 5.3 yards per carry in his four years.

    Ran for 1,059 yards and 14 touchdowns (16 total) as a senior in 1999.

    Played behind Chicago Bear Jerry Azumah for most of career at UNH.

    Was second on the team with 504 yards rushing on 75 carries as a junior.

    Rushed for 80 yards as a backup to Azumah in 1997.

    Played in seven games as a redshirt freshman, carrying the ball 25 times for 162 yards.

    Named conference Rookie of the Week after a 106-yard effort against James Madison, becoming the first Wildcat to go over 100 yards in debut.

    Majored in communications.
